How it works

An individually numbered badge is positioned in each washroom – any comments received via our 24 hour call centre or website will be forwarded immediately back to the nominated person at your site for attention. Quarterly reports are also sent to you so you can see any trends or particular areas that need your focus. Whether the comment is “no loo rolls” or “the place needs a lick of paint” you’re better off knowing – so you can present the right image for your business.
