Ross Smith

Chairman

Ross loves working closely with start-ups and enjoys the challenge of crafting beautiful and intuitive experiences for the public. Ross founded How’s My Driving? in 1995 and since then How’s My Driving? has been a not for profit company who uses their profit to give back to the road safety community, with projects taking place globally. When Ross hasn’t got his business head on, you’ll typically find him relaxing on his boat out in the deep blue.

Fact: Ross’s favourite car is a Ford Capri.

Ian McKay

Managing Director

A sharp and tactical mind combined with vast management experience in the hospitality and facilities management sector, makes Ian your guide for all strategic decisions. Since becoming Managing Director he has brought How’s My Driving? to the forefront of the road safety arena, developing the business by recognising client company needs. Ian’s spare time is spent supporting local village events and with his family.

Fact:Ian is a professionally trained chef and once cooked for the Royal family.

Mary Stealey

Business Manager

Mary is our organisational talent, so naturally, we let her take the lead when it comes to managing the day-to-day operations of the company. She’ll probably be your first contact when you connect with How’s My Driving? and will most likely hold your hand throughout your time with us. Before joining the team in 2012, she was helping to shape the construction workers of the future by managing a further education campus. When she isn’t keeping everyone in check, or dog walking, she is planning her next foreign holiday for some well-earned sun.

Fact:Mary holds a diploma in criminal profiling and rather fancies herself as the new Cracker.

Seka Nightingale

Operations Coordinator

Seka is the newest member of our team, and with her ever-changing hair colour and deep love of heavy rock music you can’t miss her. Her unique name means marvellous in Japanese and we certainly think she is! As our admin guru you’ll often find her elbow deep in paperwork and excel spreadsheets. Before joining How’s My Driving? Seka was part of the Barnardos Charity organisation supporting the running of her local charity shop.

Fact:Seka is the ultimate Cos play fan- so look out for her at the next Comic Con event!
