Service Benefits
Transform the way you manage your fleet
Our approach to fleet management is market leading.
No two businesses are the same, you may run a small fleet of vans or are responsible for a large international fleet of HGVs, so our online software is and always will be bespoke to your needs. Whether you are a full-time fleet manager or thought of as more of an accidental fleet manager we are here to help you manage your occupational road risk, which is every company's legal obligation.
Is your company ready for the big picture?
Each member receives their individual members area, which is filled with management information on their fleet, incidents, depots, feedback and more. Our online tool (we're paper free too!) forms part of your companys road risk policy (MORR), supporting the reduction of bent metal costs, streamlining processes, reducing insurance premiums, as well as forming part of a corporate social enterprise policy. By displaying our sticker, the public have a visual assurance that that the company cares about the safety of its drivers as well as how its brand is viewed on the roads.
Using data captured by your HMD incident reports, you can showcase to your insurer that you are proactively managing your road risk, helping you to drive down claims and protect your drivers. A year on year reduction of incident reports may mean lower insurance premiums.
drive alive partnership
How's My Driving? have formed a relationship with Drive Alive, who can offer our members practical support with their employee driver development, CPD and compliance obligations. We understand that if you have identified your drivers need some additional CPD training or support, it can be difficult to source who is best placed to give this training. That's why we've partnered with Drive Alive who have over 30 years of experience in fleet risk management; their training and awareness courses start at as little as £35.00 + vat. Find out more information on how
Drive Alive can support your driver compliance and CPD training.
We understand that drivers may be apprehensive about the How's My Driving? service, however there are some direct benefits that they will receive, such as:
- Receiving recognition for safe driving
- Members of the public highlighting faulty equipment and lights
- Opportunity for bespoke driving courses and cpd training
- Displaying the badge is evidence of a companys confidence in the skill of their drivers
We suggest viewing these interactions with your drivers as opportunities to see if they need further training and support or to see whether they have anything going on in their life that is creating a distraction for them. This communication will build on your relationship with your driver, so that they feel valued whilst keeping them and other road users safe.
Benefit companies, drivers and all road users.
